About HCCE 2026

The 2026 8th International Conference on Hydraulic, Civil and Construction Engineering (HCCE 2026) will be held on December 18-20, 2026 in Guangzhou, China.

HCCE will mainly focus on the development of hydraulic, civil and construction engineering etc. Aims to provide an exchange platform for experts and scholars, engineers and research personnel of related fields. By discussing scientific research achievements and advanced technology, we can understand the trend of academic development, broaden our horizon in research, strengthen the level of academic research and discussion, and promote the intelligent level of hydraulic, civil and construction engineering and the industrialization of academic achievements.

Previous HCCE conferences have been held successfully. The history of the conference is as follows:

The 1st conference (HCCE 2019) was held on Dec. 20-22, 2019 in Guangzhou (Canton), Guangdong China, hosted by Hohai University, Southeast University and AEIC Academic Exchange Information Center.

The 2nd conference (HCCE 2020) was held on Dec. 18-20, 2020 in Guangzhou (Canton), Guangdong, China, hosted by AEIC Academic Exchange Information Center, Hohai University and Gansu Agricultural University.  

The 3rd conference (HCCE 2021) was held on Dec.10-12, 2021 in Guangzhou (Canton), Guangdong, China, hosted by IEEE PES Smart Building, Loads, and Customer Systems Committee (China), South China University of Technology.

The 4th conference (HCCE 2022) was held on Dec. 16-18, 2022 in Harbin, Heilongjiang, China, hosted by AEIC Academic Exchange Information Center.

The 5th conference (HCCE 2023) was held on Dec. 15-17, 2023 in Changsha, Hunan, China, hosted by Central South University.

The 6th conference (HCCE 2024) was held on Dec. 13-15, 2024 in Guangzhou, Guangzhou, China, hosted by South China University of Technology.

The 7th conference (HCCE 2025) was held on Dec. 19-21, 2025 in Guangzhou, Guangzhou, China
